Clear and Kind Canine LLC ("Clear & Kind Canine," "we," "us") provides dog training and behavior modification services in Pennsylvania. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who helps us handle it.
Information we collect
When you contact us. If you reach out through the inquiry form on this website, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the reason you're reaching out, and your message. If you call or email us, we receive the information you choose to share. We may keep notes from phone conversations in our scheduling system or in paper notes.
When you become a client. To schedule and prepare for your Initial Assessment and training, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and address; information about your dog; your dog's medical and behavior history; and a photo of your dog's vaccination record. This information is collected through our intake form in Acuity Scheduling.
When you pay. Payments are made by card on Acuity Scheduling's secure page and processed by Stripe. Card details are not entered on this website.
When you visit this website. Like most websites, our web server automatically records standard technical information about visits, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and date and time. These server logs are kept for six months.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your inquiry and talk with you about your dog's needs;
- schedule and provide assessments and training sessions;
- process payments;
- keep records of the services we provide, including vaccination records; and
- operate and maintain this website.
Who helps us handle your information
We use trusted service providers to run our business. They handle information on our behalf:

Apart from the service providers listed above, we do not share your information without your consent, or as required by law.
How long we keep information
We keep client records for at least four years. Website server logs are kept for six months.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
The client scheduling page on this website is provided by Acuity Scheduling and may use its own cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
