A LITTLE ABOUT US
A shared belief in a kinder way of training dogs.
Clear & Kind Canine was founded by Vania and Alicia, two professional dog trainers who believe effective training should be as kind as it is practical.
We know that every dog is different, and so is every family. That's why we take the time to understand your goals, your dog's personality, and the challenges you're navigating together.

Our Philosophy
Connection, not correction.
Dogs communicate with us all the time. Through their body language, behavior, and responses, they're telling us how they feel and what they need. Good training starts by learning to listen.
We use humane, reward-based methods that encourage learning through positive experiences rather than fear, pain, or intimidation. By understanding the reasons behind behavior, we can teach practical skills, support emotional well-being, and help dogs feel more comfortable in everyday life.
Our approach isn't about demanding perfection. It's about making progress, building trust, and creating a relationship where both dogs and their people can thrive.
Our Mission
We envision a world where dogs are understood, respected, and taught with compassion.
At Clear & Kind Canine, our mission is to help dogs and their families navigate life together with confidence, understanding, and trust. Through clear communication, compassionate guidance, and evidence-based training, we help dogs and their people build cooperative partnerships rooted in kindness, respect, and mutual understanding.
Because every dog deserves to be taught with patience and compassion.

What Guides Us
Understand. Teach. Build trust.
-
Understand the dog.
Behavior is communication. We look beyond what a dog is doing to better understand why, taking their emotions, environment, and individual needs into consideration.
-
Teach with kindness.
We use positive reinforcement and evidence-based methods to encourage learning, develop useful skills, and help dogs make better choices without unnecessary stress or pressure.
-
Build trust together.
Training is a shared experience. We help people become more confident in understanding and guiding their dogs, strengthening the relationship through patience, consistency, and positive experiences.
